Afternoon June 10 For hands on session

-OBO-EDIT hands on:
How to create, edit and reasoners using OBO_edit(First hands on session)
-Give them the mappings and the ontologies from #1 and PO+TO+EO
-Show how the OBO files were generated and mappings were done
-ask for evaluating the mappings and seek confirmation for correct one
ABOVE THREE ITEM MUST BE PASSED ON TO THE PARTICIPANTS BEFROE ARRIVAL FOR REVIEW)
-If mappings are incorrect/missing. How can they be IMPROVED A TARGET FOR THIS SESSION Based on the participant's prior review,
-may require adding the TO, PO and EO terms and synonyms
-may require modifying their species specific TOs (includes hands on working on OBO-Edit)
-after the above is done, either seek Chirs Mungall's tool to re-run the mappings and review again.
-Discussions as and when required

Morning June 11

-Continue from June 10 afternoon.
-Strategies on implementing the following in participants work.
-ontology mappings
-building associations
USE CASE STUDY/DATASET FROM #3 above
-Discussions

-open discussion

#2 informatics and database development.
-commitment on collaboration and implementation from everyone.
